Product Description and Function
Chitosan is a high strength, high purity solution made from food grade 100% pure chitosan flake B-1, 4-poly-D-glucosamine_derived from a formulated blend of crab,  shrimp and lobster shells–for use as a high performance fining agent for the clarification of alcoholic beverages.

Dosage and Application;
Chitosan can be applied directly to the beverage, 50g (50ml) /23-25 L, once fermentation is complete and the beverage has been stabilised / preserved (if necessary).Before using Chitosan it is preferable to degas the beverage as excess dissolved CO2 will increase the clarification time.
