The globally successful introduction of NEAS rubbers (New Efficiency Active System), combined with the proven eTec (Eco Boost) technology, has made the GEWO Neoflexx series an absolute bestseller in the category of versatile, easy-to-play rubbers. The overwhelmingly positive feedback has inspired us to develop a new generation of rubbers that offer even higher speed and spin values without neglecting the focus on ease of play and controllability. Younger players in particular or players who want a bit more speed and variety without sacrificing too much control will enjoy the new GEWO Elaxxon eFT variants. Countless hours of testing and meetings resulted in a rubber compound that stands out: GEWO Elaxxon eFT! GEWO Elaxxon eFT 50.0 The harder version offers a more direct playing feel, higher speed values and still enables excellent control for all types of attacking shots. For those looking for a balanced offensive rubber that remains reliable in all game situations, the 50° hardness rubber version of the GEWO Elaxxon eFT is the ideal companion for successful play. Player type / characteristics: eGrip offers increased rotation and control values without resulting in unmanageable susceptibility to spin With the 50° hardness rubber version, even better attacking options are available while maintaining the pleasant and flexible playing feel Ideal for players looking for a moderate offensive rubber that prioritizes ease of play NEAS "eco(nomic) boost for your game" was clearly central to this rubber series. The centerpiece of this generation was the perfect combination of a flexible-dynamic sponge with a grippy surface and a newly arranged pimple structure. For the harder rubbers (45° / 48° / 50°) the focus was on speed (eSpeed), without sacrificing control. For the softer rubber (40°) the focus was on spin. eGrip / eSpeed / eSpin - optimum performance in the game. eGrip The new key to success with speed, spin and fun! Benefit from reliable ball coupling, high control and spin values in every match situation, improving the quality and stability of all your strokes. The new eGrip technology makes you the master of rallies! DGC40+ 2.0 A major factor contributing to the successful launch of GEWO rubbers was the development of the innovative DGC40+ surface technology, which stands for consistent and reliable coupling at the ball contact point. In addition, it prevents the ball from "slipping away" thanks to the non-slip surface structure. With the introduction of the latest ball generations (e.g. GEWO Select Pro 40+ ***), further development and adaptation of the surfaces are essential. The DGC40+ "Dynamic-Grip-Concept" 2.0 was born. The surface was specially developed and refined for the requirements of the latest ball generation.

Account of a Review from a St. Nicholas
I have been representing the spirit of St. Nicholas for children for the past 26 years. I have been everything from a Mall Santa to a part in a Christmas Program at our local church. About ten years ago, I started reading this story to the children of the local cops & firefighters fairly close to Christmas Eve each year from an old tattered children's book. I usually hosted this in my own living room until it got too large to do so. This year we opened that reading up to the community and filled the basement of our local library with children and their parents. I needed something to replace the old tattered children's book with and this fit the bill. The illustrations are beautiful and the words large enough to read in front of a group of children. I wish the pages were a little more robust as they are difficult to turn with white gloves on but that is minor. I cannot recommend this edition of the timeless story enough.

“Twas the Night before Christmas” illustrated by Matt Tavares
Format: Hardcover
Clement C. Moore - “Twas the Night before Christmas” is a perennial holiday favorite of mine. Matt Tavares’ monochrome illustrations are incredible! Mr. Tavares’ version remains true to the text within the original 1823 poem, ”A Visit from St. Nicholas”. As noted - two original reindeer names – Dunder and Blixem. I highly recommend Irish illustrator PJ Lynch 2021 version and American illustrator Matt Tavares 2022 version of Moore’s “Twas the Night before Christmas”.

This is the original how it was written and the classic that has lived and will continue to live on forever in everyone's heart! This is not the edited version by the thought police. This is the classic in all its Glory celebrating Saint Nicholas and Christmas and the beauty of Christmas and Saint Nicholas. That has been enjoyed by generations since it was first written before it's destruction by editing. Buy this book! Tavares' beautiful craftsmanship brings Moore's poem to life
‘Twas the Night Before Christmas: or Account of a Visit from St. Nicholas is a beautifully illustrated edition of the famed Clement C. Moore poem. Using the original anonymous version of the poem (later attributed to Moore), artist Matt Tavares crafts a series of elegant black and white illustrations that captures its enchantment and whimsy. Additionally, the book’s layout has a simple yet classic design with green trim and subtle pieces of shading that give it a majestic look and feel. One of the best editions of the poem ever published, ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas: or Account of a Visit from St. Nicholas has a bit of magic all its own.

Beautiful book
I purchased this book for my kids to read as it gets closer to Christmas. I specifically chose it because of the old world charm it has. I love the black and white sketches and the fact that the outdoor scenes of brownstones were illustrated from Boston brownstones, where we used to live. This book is just a classic and the illustrations have such depth and emotion. There is that quality and detail you can only get from black and white..and from an amazing illustrator. Lovely book. I'm very happy to own it and have it as part of our Christmas tradition..a lot more special to me than Elf on The Shelf..which was last years Christmas book purchase.
